Holina (“Holina”, “we”, “us”) runs holinaglobal.com, the website of the Holina group of treatment centres in Thailand, Cyprus and Israel. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and the choices and rights you have. For any question about it, contact us at info@holinaglobal.com.

What we collect

• Your enquiry. When you use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, what your enquiry is about, the centre you are interested in, your message, and when you agreed to this policy. We also note how you reached the site (for example, from a centre’s website or a campaign link).
• Health information. Your message may mention your health or someone else’s, including addiction or mental health. This is sensitive information. We use it only with your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent box, and only to answer your enquiry. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing; we will ask for more, confidentially, if it is needed.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider records requests to the site (IP address, browser, pages requested and time) to run and protect it. We measure page speed anonymously with Vercel Speed Insights, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.
• Choices stored on your device. Your cookie choices and site preferences, described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers today; if we add any, they will run only with your permission.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry and put you in touch with the right Holina centre: your consent, and the steps you ask us to take before you might become a client.
• To handle health information you share: your explicit consent.
• To keep the website working and secure: our legitimate interest in doing so.
• To meet legal obligations, where they apply.

Who we share it with

• The Holina centre your enquiry concerns, so it can reply: Holina Healing, Holina Clinic and Holina Rehab in Thailand, Holina Cyprus and Holina Executive in Cyprus, and Holina Israel in Israel.
• Service providers working for us, only as needed: Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (delivering enquiries to us by email). Our content system, Sanity, holds the website’s text and images, not your enquiry.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

International transfers

Our centres are in Thailand, Cyprus (in the European Union) and Israel, and our service providers may process information in the United States and elsewhere. Where the law requires it, we protect transfers with recognised safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry only as long as we need it to respond and follow up. If you do not go on to become a client of a Holina centre, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact. Hosting logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what we did before. Contact us at info@holinaglobal.com; we reply within one month.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, the Privacy Protection Authority in Israel, the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand, or the authority where you live.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply.

Children

This website is meant for adults. If you are enquiring for someone under 18, please do so as their parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or the law changes; the date at the top shows the latest version.
